Breath Coaching Program-What you can expect:
The breathing coaching program is scheduled to last 4 weeks. During these 4 weeks we practise reducing the breath every day and we guide the body back into natural breathing through daily exercise and observation.
What can happen in the body after my 4 week program: PH levels normalize, body detoxifies, oxygen distribution improves, asthma heals, allergies decrease, vision improves, blood pressure normalizes, concentration improves, face color improves, blood circulation in the body improves, sleep improves, depression decreases, panic attacks decrease, heart gets stronger, weight improves and quality of life comes back.
