Ayur-Yoga is a holistically adapted Yoga that takes people back to themselves and their inner self. And to find balance in the body. It is a meditative, breath-oriented and physically based Yoga. 

My personal approach combines Ayurvedic principles with Yoga practices to provide a unique healing experience. With my help, you can find harmony within your body and mind, leaving you feeling re-energized and focused.
