Love is the solution

I have been active my whole life and tried many different sports until one day yoga came into my life. Like many who start yoga, I was going through a life crisis and decided to pursue a yoga education through YouTube yoga videos. I started a 30-day challenge and quickly realized that something was happening within me and to me through daily yoga practice. I became much more balanced, my energy levels improved, and suddenly life was just more enjoyable. This experience led me to my first yoga training in 2017, marking the beginning of a new and wonderful world, followed by many other yoga trainings.

My Trainings:
- 2017 - 280 hours Hatha Yoga
- 2018 - 50 hours Yin Yoga
- 2020-2022 - 300 hours Yoga Therapist diploma
- 2024 - 300 hours Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga
- 2024 - Breath Coach

At that time, as a mother of two young boys, I had neither the time nor the energy to develop myself further as a yoga teacher. However, I practiced passionately every day at home, deepening my own yoga practice, which helped me through many personal challenges. I train online five times a week with teachers from around the world and travel frequently abroad for further education. I believe that one can only be a good teacher if one is or has been a good student. I love being a student and learning every day.

Yoga did not change my life overnight. It has transformed me in every single moment and brought me closer to myself. Through my disciplined practice, I have strengthened myself physically and mentally. Yoga is like medicine for my body, mind, and soul.

“Those who practice asanas correctly are not shaken by extreme external influences.”

I let go of everything I believed I had to be. Through yoga, I was able to reinvent myself. One of my favorite teachers, Cetin Cetintas, once said:

“Why be something when you have the opportunity to be everything in this world? We are here to gather experiences, make mistakes, laugh joyfully at those mistakes, and learn from them.”

And why yoga?

Through yoga, I have learned to enjoy the full potential of the moment. This experience is unique and so valuable to me. Life begins to bloom again! Every moment is filled with love, trust, and mindfulness. I no longer search for meaning, but rather understand that the entire meaning lies in the seeds of the future within each moment. I look at the stars and feel the brightness and vitality of the stars in their full magnitude. I look at the moon and feel secure; deep inside, I know that everything is exactly as it should be. I flow with the river and draw strength from it to walk my path with full power and love.

I completed my 300-hour training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in January 2024 and came here to deepen my practice. In July 2024, I plan to travel to India for five months to conduct two retreats.
I am currently here for one more month, and the last retreat is just around the corner. More retreats will follow in 2025.

I am looking forward to sharing my experiences and my love for yoga with others and growing together.
