Love is the solution
Yoga has been a transformative journey in my life, one that began during a challenging time. Like many others, I started with a 30-day challenge through YouTube yoga videos, and quickly felt the positive shift in my energy, balance, and overall joy in life.
This led me to pursue formal yoga education, starting with my first training in 2017, and continuing with many more since then.

My Trainings:
-
2017: 280 hours Hatha Yoga
-
2018: 50 hours Yin Yoga
-
2020-2022: 300-hour Yoga Therapist Diploma
-
2024: 300-hour Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga
-
2024: Breath Coach
-
2024-2025: Deepening my practice and in Yoga Philosophy in India (Varkala)

Even as a busy mother of two, I remained passionate about deepening my practice. I train daily with teachers worldwide, attend philosophy classes three times a week, and travel for further education. I believe that to be a great teacher, you must first be a dedicated student, which is why I’m always learning and growing in my own practice.
Yoga has taught me to enjoy the present moment and trust in one own's life’s flow. It’s not just a physical practice—it’s a way of living, one that nourishes my body, mind, and soul with Love, Peace, and Trust.
Yoga has helped me become stronger, more balanced, and more in one with myself. As one of my teachers, Cetin Cetintas, said: "Why be something when you have the opportunity to be everything?"
In January 2024, I completed my 300-hour Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga training I’m also excited to lead after our first 2 Reboot Retreats Vol. 1&Vol. 2 in Varkala/India two more Reboot Retreats in June-July in Koh Phangan/Thailand.
I look forward to sharing my experiences, my love for Yoga, and growing together with my students both online and offline. Because together is always better...
